- Order information: the items you buy, sizes, colours, custom notes and order history.
- Payment confirmation data returned by our payment provider. MONVI does not store your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
- Technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
Why we collect it
- To process, produce and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, custom work or enquiry.
- To handle returns, exchanges and customer support.
- To improve our products, sizing and service.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with our courier or delivery partner and our payment provider. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal requirements.
