MONVI accepts payment through the methods enabled on the website. M-Pesa is prioritised for Kenyan customers.
M-Pesa Express (STK push)
Choose M-Pesa at checkout and a payment prompt is sent to your phone. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and the order is confirmed automatically once Safaricom returns the receipt.

Custom and pre-order pieces
For custom and pre-order pieces, payment is required before production begins unless MONVI expressly agrees otherwise. See the custom order terms.
